Ola Lamilisa is an experienced Project Manager and Technical Analyst with more than 18 years of leadership in infrastructure assessments, site inspections, regulatory compliance reviews, and built-environment evaluations. He has led complex, multi-site audit programs for government, telecommunications, construction, and public-sector clients. Ola brings over 5 years of demonstrated accessibility assessment experience, including outdoor site inspections, public-access infrastructure evaluations, and facility compliance audits focused on identifying environmental, mobility, safety, and usability barriers.
His background combines engineering training, infrastructure development, safety compliance, and process re-engineering, enabling him to conduct accessibility assessments with a strong technical foundation and an understanding of risk, usability, and standards compliance (AODA, CSA, ADA equivalents, municipal requirements).

Andikan Ibanga
Chief Operations Officer, COO.
Highly personable, experienced and result-oriented professional with 15+ years of progressive experience in construction management (including procurement, estimating, cost control and contract management) of major commercial and institutional construction projects cumulatively worth over CAD$800m across two continents. Holder of a Certificate in Construction Management, M.Sc. in Architecture, and Certificate in Construction Law. Currently in the employ of Eastern Construction Company Limited in Toronto.

Expertise in process/service improvement, security and regulatory projects with a focus on eliciting, documenting and validating business requirements through effective communication with stakeholders at different levels across an organization.
